On February 20, the always-charming 54-year-old Hoda sat down with Jimmy Fallon to reminisce about her incredible first year co-hosting Today alongside Savannah, who's 47. But let’s be honest, the whole vibe was a little bittersweet because Savannah couldn’t join them. “I really wish Savannah could have been here,” Hoda confessed to Jimmy. “She’s been laid out sick. One of her kids got sick and, well, you know how these things go. I was texting her like, ‘Are you sure you can’t make it?’ And she said, ‘Hoda, I’m down for the count.’ It’s crazy—everyone seems to have this flu bug.”
“Man, it’s everywhere,” Jimmy Fallon chimed in, echoing the panic many of us feel. “I’m freaking out too. I can’t get this flu—I just can’t. Here, let’s sanitize our hands,” he said, pulling out a bottle of hand sanitizer from his desk. “This flu? No way, not happening to me!”
